PRP & PRF

This type of non surgical treatment is different than using hyaluronic acid filler. Through a simple and easy process, the client’s blood is taken and safely prepared on site. It is then re-delivered in the areas needing correction – all within the same treatment session.

The reinjection of one’s own biological cells promotes and stimulates shin health and new collagen formation into the dermis. Virtually any area can be treated with PRP therapy, from the face and neck to the hands. 

Because the treatment relies on your own body to stimulate new collagen growth, this form of treatment does require a series of treatments, likely 3 treatments spaced a month apart to achieve optimal results. For an incredible, synergistic result, PRP therapy treatments can be combined with other aesthetic treatments.

PRF is used to address many of the same issues as PRP, but PRF releases growth factors for much longer, up to one week, versus PRP which releases growth factors for few hours. This means that PRF could have better longer-term benefits. The growth factors are what stimulate the stem cells to improve collagen and elastin in the skin. The platelets in PRF are thought to be more robust than those in PRP, and to therefore promote faster healing.

The prepared PRF is immediately ready for injection into the face to fill facial folds and wrinkles, to plump the hollows under the eyes and dark circles, and to improve skin tone and texture. The PRF can also be injected into the scalp to aid with hair restoration and growth.
